Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the premium furniture segment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in hospitality, retail, and design industries.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote HTL Group’s brand and products.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates to track performance and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B furniture, luxury goods, or hospitality supply, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong network of contacts in Indonesia’s interior design, hotel, or retail sectors is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally for client meetings.
- Deep understanding of upholstery materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
