We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our distribution network across Bali’s key regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless distribution of high-quality building materials to contractors, retailers, and developers.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, retailers, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in building materials distribution.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational background: High School Diploma (SMA), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials distribution or a related industry.
- Possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and own a motorcycle for field visits and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and existing networks is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
