Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving client challenges.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with the Bali market or experience in international sales is advantageous.
