Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving client challenges.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with the Bali market or experience in international sales is advantageous.
