Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for PPF and window film products in Baliās automotive market.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and client follow-ups.
- Provide expert product consultations to dealerships, detailers, and end-users, highlighting technical benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for target regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and service centers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management, preferably in the automotive, coatings, or aftermarket industry.
- Strong understanding of PPF, window films, or automotive protection products is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business needs.
