Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the hospitality, retail, and wholesale sectors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our poultry products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company goals and client needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, agriculture, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
