You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for non-alcoholic beverage products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Bali.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including in-store activations, sampling, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand awareness and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and distribution networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
