Responsibility
- Host engaging live shopping streams on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrate products clearly and persuasively to drive real-time purchases.
- Interact with viewers through chat, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan stream content, promotions, and themes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and engagement metrics (e.g., viewer count, conversion rates).
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team.
- Stay updated on trending products and live-streaming best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable on camera.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Live).
- Passion for sales, fashion, or retail (experience is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone/laptop for streaming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
