Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related sales (fresh graduates with exceptional sales potential will be considered).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, healthcare products, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
