Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present strategic account reviews, performance reports, and growth proposals to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Set and track KPIs for account performance, including revenue targets, client satisfaction scores, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and experience in international client management is a plus.
