Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present strategic account reviews, performance reports, and growth proposals to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Set and track KPIs for account performance, including revenue targets, client satisfaction scores, and retention rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and experience in international client management is a plus.
