Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, property developers, and end-users to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct technical consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized HVAC systems (e.g., VRF, chillers, ductless splits).
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, cost estimates, and bids tailored to client specifications and budget constraints.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and strategic account management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless project handover from sales to installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HVAC technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and follow-ups, to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience in HVAC/technical products).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand HVAC system specifications, energy efficiency standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
