Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to expand market reach and drive business growth.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team productivity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
