As a key revenue driver, you will own end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise clients, leveraging Freshworksâ award-winning CRM and customer support platforms. Responsibility
- Revenue Ownership: Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by closing complex enterprise deals (ACV $50K+).
- Territory Development: Proactively prospect, qualify, and nurture leads within your assigned APAC territory, with a focus on Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to identify client pain points and demonstrate Freshworksâ value proposition through tailored demos.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams to navigate multi-threaded sales processes.
- Pipeline Growth: Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to generate high-intent leads via webinars, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, handle objections, and finalize contracts with legal and finance teams.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of SaaS trends, competitive landscapes, and regional business needs to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Success: Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to implementation teams, fostering long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a history of overachieving quotas (preferably in CRM, customer support, or IT service management).
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B software sales, cloud solutions, and digital transformation challenges.
- Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with experience in full-cycle salesâfrom cold outreach to contract signing.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written/verbal) with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the APAC market, particularly Indonesia, Singapore, or Malaysia (a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and presenting demos.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Remote Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup in Bali.
