In this high-impact role, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and channel partners. Your expertise in Microsoft security solutions—such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Security—will be instrumental in positioning vCyberiz as the trusted advisor for enterprise-grade security transformations.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Security Services, including Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Security, tailored to the Indonesian and regional markets.
- Identify and engage high-value prospects (enterprises, MSPs, and government sectors) through targeted outreach, networking, and partnership development.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with client security needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to design customized security solutions and deliver compelling demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other key technology partners to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging threats, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points in the cybersecurity space.
- Represent vCyberiz at industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record in cybersecurity, cloud services, or Microsoft solutions.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Security ecosystem (e.g., Defender for Endpoint, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Security, Purview).
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in new logo acquisition and complex deal structuring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; MBA or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia, with existing networks in the region is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
