Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and engaging high-potential clients in Bali and beyond.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers through strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and drive conversions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
  • Represent Phintraco Group at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and market gaps.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as required.
