Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for insurance products within assigned market segments (e.g., expatriates, SMEs, corporate clients).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach in Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., health, life, property, or travel insurance).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, marketing) to ensure smooth policy issuance and client support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Participate in company events, training sessions, and sales campaigns to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and expatriate community is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and networking events.
