Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new project-based business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in project-based or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
