Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in assigned Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Identify, prospect, and engage new clients through cold outreach, networking events, and referrals to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities in the Bali region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Represent Selaman Sdn Bhd at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
