Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid (remote/on-site) setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
