Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, client feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
