Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the medical equipment sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare industry sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
