Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or innovation sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
