Responsibility
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.
- Present and demonstrate technical products/solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to develop tailored proposals and pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in tech or B2B).
- Strong understanding of technical products/solutions and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
