Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive bancassurance sales.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
