Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and partners to drive event sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of sold events.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the event market.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the event, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on B2B or high-value transactions preferred.
