Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales.
  • Identify and engage potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and features of Sun Life Grepa Financial's offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management for performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
