Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance sales.
- Identify and engage potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and features of Sun Life Grepa Financial's offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management for performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance products, financial planning, or bancassurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and thrive in a multicultural setting.
