Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business with key Japanese accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with national and multinational clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
