This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or a co-working space in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, ensuring a seamless booking process from inquiry to confirmation.

Responsibility
- Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their travel needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end booking process, from initial contact to final confirmation, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and bookings in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead conversion and booking confirmations.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and competitive offerings to enhance sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, or reservation tools is a plus.
- Based in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
