Responsibility
- Actively prospect and build a pipeline of potential partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth integration into our marketplace.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Support the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development efforts.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to represent the company.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, market analysis, and business development strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for startups, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
