Responsibility

  • Actively prospect and build a pipeline of potential partners and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth integration into our marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development efforts.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to represent the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, market analysis, and business development strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for startups, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
