Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads into sales for residential and commercial properties across Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive advantages in Bali’s property sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and digital campaigns tailored to Bali’s diverse clientele.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and closing deals with buyers, ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including property handover, documentation, and client satisfaction follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic sales techniques.
- Stay updated on local regulations, zoning laws, and property trends in Bali to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or property development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp Business, property listing platforms).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
