Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales merchandisers to ensure alignment with company sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Area Managers to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards and promotional activities.
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory distribution and minimize stockouts.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned region to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, retail merchandising, or field sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Badung and surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
