Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the steel and construction industries.
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns promptly.
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, market feedback, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of steel products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
