Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for MRO consumables, welding equipment, and related industrial products in the Bali region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industrial partners to expand market share.
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of welding solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking within the manufacturing, construction, and fabrication sectors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and sales collateral to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in welding and MRO products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; technical background in welding or industrial sales is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial supplies, welding equipment, or MRO products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and consumables (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
