Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the agribusiness sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness clients across Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, market research, and networking at industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our agricultural solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral tailored to the agribusiness market.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in agriculture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness, agricultural inputs, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with agricultural products, farming practices, or the agribusiness supply chain is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within Bali.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, Excel, and sales analytics tools.
