As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align solutions with client needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Create and present strategic account plans, including revenue forecasts, growth initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., revenue growth, client retention rates) to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the tech, digital, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing account revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, market insights, and client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali or other regions as needed.
