Responsibility
- Identify and target potential customers in export-import services and domestic transportation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of export-import regulations and domestic transportation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
