Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence across Southeast Asia.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in automation, manufacturing, and AI sectors.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, preferably in automation, manufacturing, or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and business cultures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast Asia region.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus.
