Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Identify market trends and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Paxel and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will be considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
