Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote power transformer and voltage testing solutions in the East Region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met with optimal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industrial, utility, and commercial sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in power-quality testing.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales or technical support for power transformers, voltage testing, or related electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of power-quality analysis, medium-voltage cable testing, and transformer diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the East Region (Bali) to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
