Responsibility
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with key clients, including enterprises, SMEs, and startups.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
- Sales Process Optimization: Refine sales methodologies, tools, and KPIs to enhance team productivity and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role (preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or digital services).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the recruitment, HR tech, or digital marketplace sectors in Southeast Asia.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue in competitive markets.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams to peak performance.
- Strategic Thinker: Adept at data-driven decision-making and long-term business planning.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a focus on results.
