Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Participate in local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Familiarity with the Bali market or Southeast Asian business landscape is advantageous.
