Responsibility
- Identify and research high-potential prospects in target industries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM data.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and book meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and lead scoring.
- Track and analyze KPIs (meetings booked, response rates, conversion rates) to optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for all prospect interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to tailor outreach effectively.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on prospect pain points and objections to improve closing strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS, tech, or digital services preferred).
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive, consultative approach.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for meetings booked, leads generated, or revenue influenced.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling) is a plus.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with a stable internet connection.
