Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT training and technology solutions sector, with a focus on enterprise clients in Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and IT managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized training programs that align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify emerging opportunities in cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and other high-demand tech domains.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT, education, or technology sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of IT training solutions, including certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, DevOps, or data science.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting, with the ability to manage time zones effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
