Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sectors, focusing on international markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that highlight the value of Crest Forwarderâs services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position Crest Forwarder as a leader in the market.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
