As a key player in our sales team, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within stationery, office supplies, or related sectors. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s corporate, educational, and retail sectors to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase DHAS Trading’s stationery and office supply solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the stationery, office supply, or trading industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales pipeline development.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
