Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a sales management role, preferably in the aesthetic, healthcare, or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
