Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the TIC market presence in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and engage potential clients, fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on TIC standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of TIC services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international TIC standards and regulations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical and business development skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical roles within the TIC sector.
- Strong understanding of TIC standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and business requirements.
