As a key member of our sales team, you will cultivate strong relationships with high-end hotels, resorts, restaurants, and retailers, ensuring our world-class wines and spirits are prominently featured and strategically positioned. Your expertise in sales, market analysis, and client engagement will directly impact our expansion in Bali’s luxury and hospitality sectors.

We’re seeking a motivated, target-oriented professional who is passionate about the beverage industry and eager to grow with a leading distributor. If you’re ready to take ownership of your territory, exceed sales targets, and contribute to a culture of excellence, this role is for you.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including luxury resorts, fine-dining establishments, and high-end retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, tastings, and brand activation events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product deliveries and optimal stock availability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, including tasting notes, pairings, and industry best practices, to effectively educate clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the F&B, beverage, or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits (e.g., WSET certification) is a strong advantage.
