Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
