Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and market share in the water treatment chemicals sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and direct sales to industrial and municipal clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, EPC contractors, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in water treatment.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the chemical, water treatment, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, chemicals, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
