Responsibility
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities through digital channels, including B2B platforms, social media, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with global clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment processes, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, and finance) to streamline international transactions and resolve client issues.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the logistics and material handling sectors.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Ulida at international trade shows, virtual events, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in international sales, preferably in logistics, material handling, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong digital sales acumen, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, TradeKey).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Willingness to travel internationally (post-pandemic) for client meetings and industry events.
